We operate a complete manufacturing and precision machining system, Class 10,000 and Class 100,000 cleanrooms, and a professional ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization line. We are a manufacturer. Fiber processing, connector machining, cleanroom assembly and EO sterilization all happen in our own Wuhan facility — which is also why OEM and ODM changes can be evaluated by our own engineers instead of being outsourced.
Can you produce fibers for our laser system brand?
Yes. Our products are compatible with mainstream laser devices worldwide. Tell us the system and wavelength — for example on our connector technology page — and we will confirm the connector and core specification before sampling.
What is the minimum order for a private-label (OEM) product?

Do you provide sterile, single-use packaging?
Yes. Our in-house ethylene oxide sterilization line supports sterile single-pack configurations with validated packaging and shelf life — the same setup described in our sterile single-pack case study.
