Customization scope
Most suppliers quote you a catalogue. We would rather see the drawing first.
Medfibers builds medical laser fibers, handpieces and accessories to order. A custom part starts from your parameters — not from whatever happens to be in stock — and every one of them is produced in-house on our own fiber processing and precision machining lines, so a change in spec does not mean a change of supplier.
Custom work covers two product families. The first is our mainstream range: bare, radial, side-firing, diffuser, holmium, hemorrhoid and lipolysis fibers, plus the handpieces and accessories that go with them. The second is the disposable tip family — dental tips, whitening tips, biostimulation tips, fiber needles and other single-use tips — where customization density is at its highest.

Our tip programme covers the single-use tips dental practices reorder every month: general dentistry tips, hygiene and periodontal tips, whitening tips and the colour-coded series — Purple, Blue and Yellow — in 4, 7, 9, 14 and 20 mm working lengths, plus dedicated 200 µm tips and the MF tip series. Each tip is a fused silica assembly drawn, cleaved and finished on our own line, so the geometry your clinicians prefer is reproduced batch after batch instead of being approximated from a catalogue photo.

Core diameter, working length, tolerance, lead time and price are quoted from real line capacity, not from a wish list. If we commit to a specification, it is because we have already run it or know precisely how we will. What we say on the quotation is what arrives on the pallet.
Your program is your program
Drawings, tooling and tip geometries developed for your product are kept under NDA from the first conversation and never sold onward, re-labelled or listed to anyone else — with a written exclusivity clause wherever your market requires one.
