Medfibers has added a Therapy Handpiece to the delivery-system range. It is not a new console. It is the missing piece a photobiomodulation OEM asks for when the fibre already ships and the handpiece still comes from a third catalogue.
The SKU sits next to bare fiber and the rest of the medical laser fiber line. Core is 400 µm, cable 2.5 m, max 30 W across 600–1100 nm. Three spots — 7 mm for a joint, 15 mm for a muscle group, 30 mm for a wide field — lock on a collar, not a software flag. Connector is SMA-905 unless the console drawing says otherwise.
What a console maker actually gets
A therapy programme is not a surgical fibre with a different label. Spot size, session length and the IFU line that names the handpiece have to match the console.
